I took this photo October, 2010 in my home town Ankara, Turkey. It was on wall of an overpass. It was not an art work or a creation with a purpose. And every time I was passing from that overpass I was amazed how strange this loose paint was. One of time when we were crossing it with a friend I asked her do you see this, and she responds me immediately “i don’t want to look so long on that is t so scary!”
